Cancellation policy Hotel BELLE BLUE

  Standard policy:

  1. Cancellations are accepted till 18 o'clock the day prior to the planned check-in without penalty. Late cancellations result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 1 overnight stay.
  2. In case of early departures, one overnight following the actual departure will be charged in any case.
  3. Cancellations shall be accepted in written form only (e-mail, fax or postal mail) and are legally accepted after written confirmation only.
  4. In case of no-shows without prior cancellation, the entire stay will be charged as booked.
  5. Special cancellation conditions shall be agreed upon for group reservations (3 rooms or more).

  Exceptions for special time frames:

1.   Reservations during the following periods must be cancelled not later than 7 days before the planned arrival date to avoid fee of full stay incl. tax:

2.   Reservations during the following periods must be cancelled not later than 14 days before the planned arrival date to avoid fee of full stay incl. tax:
